"A regular aerobic/anaerobic exercise program is the cornerstone to good cardiac and musculoskeletal health in the aging "boomer" population. Regular (3-4 times a week) core strengthening and moderate (30 minutes) aerobic conditioning can reduce the risk of osteoporosis and diabetes in this population. Consult your primary care or musculoskeletal specialist prior to beginning a new program to reduce your risk of injury and improve your overall health."
